Jeff Wolfe is an award-winning director and one of a select few who have parlayed an action career on screen into a successful directing role behind the camera. In the recent wake of action unit directors turning their sights on first unit (John Wick Films, Deadpool, Extraction and more), Jeff brings over 25 years of film and television experience working with talent while creating cutting edge action.

With over 200 credits to his name and well over 100 episodes of network television directing, Jeff has directed major sequences for the likes of JJ Abrams, Jon Favreau and James Wan.

Jeff's experience and expertise have garnered an Emmy award and 4 subsequent Emmy nods for his action-directing. Most recently, his film Penance won 27 film festival laurels for his writing & directing including the famed Toronto Film Festival and his second film, Day of Reckoning, took top prize at Comic Con in summer 2018 among many other nods.

In 2019, Jeff directed on the Fox pilot What Just Happened. Currently, he has several horror and action feature films in development with legendary producers such as David Kirschner (creator of The Childs Play franchise, Hocus Pocus and countless others).

Jeff is not one to shrink from controversial topics in his films i.e. pedophilia in the church, human trafficking, etc. He purposely tackles projects that make one FEEL and THINK.

Immersing oneself in the story is key. Being there with the character, whether by a camera move, sound or lack of, or a choice to cut into an extreme close-up, my decisions of what to shoot are ultimately fueled by the story with an endgame of direct connection to my audience.”
